Q: All quotes showing as Favorite? -or- Some pages not loading properly.
A: Be sure your device’s software is up to date. Apple users: Plug device into your computer and check for a new version of the operating system using iTunes. Android: Check Settings > About > Firmware version.
Q: App running slow/sluggish?
A: Turn off all features in the Options page of the app.
Q: Page formatting wrong, all words in top left corner, and screen is zoomed in?
A: Update the app, if a new version is available. -Or- Disable the ‘Zoom’ feature for your device. You can find it under Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom in your device’s Settings menu.
