Q: All quotes showing as Favorite? -or- Share pages not loading properly
A: Be sure your device’s software is up to date. Plug device into your computer and check for a new version of the operating system using iTunes.
Q: App running slow/sluggish?
A: Turn off all features in the Options page of the Movie Quotes app.
Q: IMDb Links not working?
A: If IMDb link setting is set to “Use App” in Options, you must have the IMDb app installed on the device. This may not work on all devices, in which case, you should use the Web setting instead.
Note: Character IMDb links will always open on the web as character listings are not in the IMDb app.
Q: I submitted a movie quote, but have not gotten a response?
A: An email response will be sent to any valid email address provided only if a quote is accepted to be placed in the database. No messages will be sent for quotes that will not be used. Quotes may be denied for length, extreme profanity, or incorrect information. Providing your email address is optional.
