If you purchase an item either in-world or from the web and it is not delivered to you please Contact Us and we will attempt to re-deliver it as soon as possible.

Please include as much information about the transaction as possible, including the item name and price and the date of transaction.

You can Copy the information directly from your Transaction History on the Second Life website.
