RESOLVED 4/17 4:05 AM PST: Web server should be back up and running. You may need to reset your Tipping Server or other web-based items, but only if they have shut down during the outage.

The WebTools server was down briefly earlier today, but should be running again now.

If your web-based item is not responding in Second Life you may need to reset the scripts. Most items should come back online on their own though.
